The Opportunity:

Join our dynamic Digital Marketing Division as a Marketing Operations Manager, where you\’ll work on some of the top international digital marketing events, such as [Event Names], and new products in development. We\’re looking for a forward-thinking professional eager to advance their career and contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment. In this role, you\’ll leverage your expertise in marketing technology, email automation, and marketing operations to support and create innovative, data-driven strategies. Your analytical skills will be essential as you analyze performance metrics, create automation workflows, and deliver actionable insights to optimize our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Planning: Translate business objectives into efficient processes for campaign planning, data segmentation, lead management, and performance tracking.
  2. Lead the marketing database management strategy: Ensure data integrity, support advanced segmentation, and maintain legal compliance; partner with brand marketing and central data teams to uphold database hygiene.
  3. Data Management & Insights: Optimize the customer data journey, monitor customer lifetime value/NPV, and deliver insights to inform strategy.
  4. Evaluate marketing performance: Assess ROI across channels, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  5. Develop dashboards and reports: Maintain accurate KPIs and ROI monitoring tools.
  6. Marketing Technology & Automation: Manage the marketing tech stack, design system integrations, implement tracking, and develop lead scoring frameworks.
  7. People Management: Lead and develop the Marketing Operations team, collaborate with Group Marketing Operations, and foster best practices.

Qualifications include proven experience in marketing operations or CRM roles, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in BI tools, and familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR.
