Clarion Events Ltd invites applications for two Exhibitor-VIP Engagement Assistants to support VIP activity across DSEI Japan 2027, Germany 2027, and the UK 2027. You will coordinate VIP engagement, onboard exhibitors, and maintain stakeholder communications to ensure a high-quality event experience.
You will work within the Programming function, engaging with senior government and military VIPs, exhibitors, and internal teams to foster productive introductions and seamless delivery across three events.
