As a Research Consultant you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and assessing top-tier talent for our clients. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates.
To excel in the role you will develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and objectives whilst using various sourcing techniques, including database searches, networking, job boards, and social media, to identify and attract high-calibre candidates. Once identified you will conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and then guide them through the interview process
This role is at the heart of our business and rewards quick thinking, detail orientated individuals who are able to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs whilst staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus however we will consider applicants from other backgrounds. Please note however you will need to demonstrate an ability to work at pace in a busy, detail oriented environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are desirable as well as an ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work autonomously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools would be a plus.
