We exclusively represent a leading global supplier of power semiconductor and power electronics solutions in a variety of industries spanning HVDC, Industrial, Renewables and Automotive, to name a few. They are highly reputable with a strong product portfolio, with strong and continuous investment in new product development and the development of new marketplaces for further growth. Due to a retirement, our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager, ideally with experience working within a large, global corporate environment with international business cultural awareness.

A summary of the required experience is below:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional procurement certification (CIPS, CPSM, CPSD, MCIPS) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and supply continuity improvements.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with international business cultures is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with change management initiatives and effectively delivering change to a, sometimes slow-to-adapt business environment is a strong advantage.
