As an Associate Clinical Scientist within our eCOA team, you will help shape the development of electronic clinical outcome assessments used in global clinical trials. This is an opportunity to apply your clinical assessment knowledge while working with innovative technology that improves data accuracy and enhances the patient experience. You’ll collaborate with experienced Clinical Scientists and cross‑functional teams to bring validated clinical instruments into digital formats that support high‑quality evidence and accelerated therapies.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the development and migration of clinical assessments from paper to eCOA formats
- Conduct literature reviews and collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts
- Coordinate with internal teams to produce eCOA documentation for form builds
- Assist in reviewing data from eCOA platforms, usability testing, independent ratings, and surveys to improve functionality and clinical guidance
- Maintain internal tracking for eCOA builds, documentation, and enhancements
- Partner with operational teams during testing, validation, and issue resolution
- Draft and update work instructions, process guidelines, and SOPs that ensure compliance with GCP and internal standards
- Participate in team meetings and maintain consistent communication with remote colleagues
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; graduate degree in psychology, social work, counselling, psychiatric nursing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years administering standardized assessment tools, psychiatric symptom rating scales, and/or neurocognition scales (academic practicum from a terminal Master’s acceptable)
- Knowledge of scale development and clinical assessment best practices
- Experience in clinical trials, research, or clinical settings preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Strong follow‑through, problem‑solving skills, and demonstrated initiative
- Ability to work collaboratively within multifunctional teams
- Fluency in English; additional languages an asset
- Basic understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Based in or able to work remotely from the United Kingdom
