The Website Optimisation Manager will support the growth of our online sales through insight-led optimisation. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and SFCC to identify opportunities that improve conversion and user experience. You will lead A/B testing and personalisation strategies across all digital platforms, including our app, managing the process from ideation to execution with a focus on measurable KPI improvements.

Working closely with the Trade and Content teams, you will help ensure that optimisation efforts align with commercial priorities and enhance the overall customer journey. Additionally, you will manage relationships with third-party CRO partners, contribute to the testing roadmap, and report on key user behaviours and journeys to drive meaningful insights. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work cross-functionally to support an omni-channel approach and contribute to ongoing eCommerce innovation and performance.

Essential qualifications:

  • Experience in Ecommerce, preferably in the beauty industry or luxury retail.
  • Adept at working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, tech, and operations teams to align digital activity with business goals.
  • Experience with major eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to lead and influence across teams while delivering ambitious, yet achievable, trading plans.
  • Self-starter with exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, comfortable working to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Numerical and advanced Excel user.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Google Analytics and Contentsquare experience preferable.
