We are looking for an Assistant Manager (37.5 hrs/wk) based in Fenwick Newcastle.

The role:

Supporting the Business Manager, you\’ll take ownership of the Clarins business to grow and develop the account and team, providing excellent customer service.

What you\’ll do:

  • Support the Business Manager in achieving business objectives and targets.
  • Assist in planning team resources to deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Maximize opportunities through brand events, new launches, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate stock and sales levels and monitor performance.
  • Build professional relationships with team members to support their development.

You are:

  • Passionate about skincare and beauty.
  • A confident and articulate communicator.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented.
  • Looking forward to new challenges.

You have:

  • At least 2 years in a management role, ideally in beauty or retail.
  • Experience in a beauty retail or spa environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven coaching and team motivation abilities.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
