The role: Responsible for supporting the Assistant Brand Experience Manager and ad-hoc requests for the wider Brand Marketing team. Responsible for day to day admin within the Brand Experience team covering Events and Professional Treatments, such as artwork briefs, 360 marketing support including social and CRM briefs, event and treatment briefing documents, GWP, and general support.
What you’ll do:
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the Brand Experience team for planning, delivery, and reporting of events, treatments, and retailer-specific projects.
- Maintain the Events & Treatments promotional calendar, including artwork briefs, packing lists, store lists, and gift allocations.
- Create and distribute clear activity briefing documents for in-store teams, events staff, and stakeholders.
- Manage ordering, allocation and delivery of local tools, bags, accessories, promotional uniforms, GWP and event materials.
- Set up and manage service codes, C-Link codes and barcodes for local tools, treatments and promotional activities.
- Configure and maintain Events & Treatments on Booxi, Clarins.co.uk and retailer websites, ensuring booking links, descriptions and digital assets are accurate and live.
- Pull, format and analyse Booxi and Qlik reports to track bookings, activity performance and post-activity results.
- Support the Assistant Brand Experience Manager with reporting, presentations, activity analysis and wider administrative tasks.
- Assist with treatment pricing updates and production of treatment price lists, Salon & PRO product pricing and chargeable tester pricing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, agencies and retailers to deliver POS, print, creative assets and event materials on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular store visits and competitor monitoring across events, experiential activity, treatments and online customer journeys.
- Raise and track purchase orders, manage ad-hoc Brand Marketing requests and undertake other reasonable duties as required.
You are:
- Experienced: Minimum 6 months in a professional office role; cosmetics experience or market knowledge preferred.
- Team-oriented & resilient: A flexible team player who can multi-task and meet fixed deadlines.
- Organised: Attention to detail and strong time-management.
- Clear communicator: Strong verbal and written skills.
