The role
Deliver exceptional customer service as a Beauty Coach (12.5hrs/wk) based at boots Lisburn Sprucefield. You will develop skincare conversations with customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales.
What you’ll do
- Maintain a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times
- Promote the unique brand differentiation, ingredient stories, product benefits and usage
- Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, narrating the brand journey as a story while engaging with customers
- Focus on customer loyalty, encouraging repeat visits to the brand
- Overcome selling challenges with confidence
You are
- Passionate about skincare and beauty
- A confident and articulate communicator
- A proactive and enthusiastic explorer of new sales opportunities
- Customer‑focused and results‑oriented
You have
- Experience in a hands‑on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
