We are seeking a superb Business Architect to shape, design and define the business change required to deliver an ambitious growth strategy.
You will lead the development of future-state business architectures, target operating models, capability maps, and transformation blueprints. You will also own the definition and tracking of transformation benefits from shaping through to post-implementation review.
Outputs include opportunity and strategic option assessments, capability maps, target operating models, customer journey designs, transformation roadmaps and blueprints, benefits frameworks and executive decision papers.
Significant experience in Business Architecture, Strategic Transformation or Enterprise Design roles.
Demonstrable experience designing future-state operating models, business capability maps, and transformation roadmaps.
Proven experience shaping and defining large-scale business transformation ahead of mobilisation.
Strong business case, value proposition, and benefits realisation skills.
Experience working in partnership with Enterprise Architecture and technology functions.
Experience within multi-channel, customer-facing or consumer businesses is highly advantageous, as is knowledge of capability-based planning and portfolio prioritisation.
