Are you a university student looking for a hands-on placement year in business analytics? Do you want to work with emerging AI technology and gain real-world experience in data-driven decision-making? We are offering an exciting Business Analyst Placement for a motivated student to join our team for 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis and business intelligence while working on impactful projects that shape Clarify’s strategic decisions.
Please note- this is a hybrid role, with the requirement to be in our office in Theale 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather, manipulate and analyse data from Salesforce and other sources to uncover insights that support key business decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports, translating complex data into actionable insights, presenting insights from data in a clear way.
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and deliver accurate reporting.
- Use MS Excel to manipulate and analyse data using functions like VLOOKUPS, pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and positive approach to change.
- Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to cope with conflicting demands and pressures.
- Is self-aware, pro-actively managing own time and performance.
- Studying a relevant subject such as Business Analytics or a related field.
