Our client is a respected commercial business experiencing exciting growth, and they are looking for a confident, ambitious Senior Sales Ledger / Credit Controller to help elevate their finance operations. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, duties will include:
- Taking responsibility for the Sales Ledger and Credit Control system and the accuracy of invoices and debtor information, ensuring relevant client files and databases are kept up to date.
- Processing customer Direct Debit Forms and payments via BACS, liaising with internal operational teams regarding any issues.
- Monitoring all invoices issued and payments received to maintain accurate debtor information, including allocation of remittances to Sage.
- Carrying out weekly banking for all payments received to the office for invoices issued.
- Maintaining effective communications with the finance team.
