A well-established UK engineering company is seeking a Part Time Hybrid Technical Sales Administrator to support its commercial and operational functions. Reporting to the Sales Manager, duties to include:
Manage incoming customer enquiries and provide accurate information on products, specifications and lead times.
Prepare and issue quotations, proposals and order confirmations in line with internal approval processes.
Maintain CRM records, customer accounts and sales documentation to an auditable standard.
Coordinate with internal technical, operational and supply-chain teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly interpreted, validated and delivered.
