Our client, a well-established service company providing high-quality support to clients across a range of sectors, is looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-of-house experience.

Reporting to the Office Manager, duties include:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages when required

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue passes in line with company procedures
  • Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and well-organised
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
