Our client, a national manufacturing company, is actively seeking a proactive, dedicated and commercially driven National Account Manager to lead and grow strategic customer relationships across the UK capital equipment market. This is a high-visibility role responsible for delivering revenue growth, shaping long-term account strategies, and securing major capital sales opportunities with key national customers.
Acting as the primary commercial partner for high-value accounts, the role involves driving solution-led sales, negotiating complex contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the full capital sales lifecycle.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, duties include:
- Own and develop a portfolio of national accounts within the capital equipment sector.
- Build multi-level relationships across procurement, operations, and senior leadership.
- Develop and execute annual account plans aligned to revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Lead the full sales cycle for capital equipment solutions, from scoping to close.
- Deliver compelling value propositions, ROI models, and technical demonstrations.
- Manage tender responses, pricing proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Forecast accurately and maintain strong pipeline discipline.
