Our client is a well-established organisation entering an exciting period of growth, and they are looking for an experienced, proactive and ambitious Payroll Administrator to join their expanding team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of payroll across the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.
  • Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.
  • Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
  • Preparing and issuing earnings statements.
  • Issuing payslips and managing direct deposits.
  • Maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
  • Providing administrative assistance.
