Our client, a well-established service company providing high-quality support to clients across a range of sectors, are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and to play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-of-house experience. You will ensure the smooth running of the reception area and provide administrative support to the wider team. Reporting to the Office Manager, duties to include:
- Greet visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages when required

- Maintain visitor logs and issue passes in line with company procedures
- Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and well-organised
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
