Our client is a well-established and innovative manufacturing business supplying high-quality products to UK and international markets. With continued growth and investment in new technologies, they are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to strengthen their brand presence and support wider commercial activity.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves content creation, digital marketing, and bringing technical products to life through engaging storytelling and supporting wider marketing campaigns including email marketing and mailshots.
Reporting to the Managing Director, duties to include:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create engaging content including posts, videos, graphics, case studies, and product spotlights
- Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with business goals
- Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer mailshots
- Update and maintain website content, product pages, and news articles
- Assist with marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product guides
- Capture on-site photography and video content (factory, machinery, processes, products)
- Monitor analytics and report on campaign performance
- Support trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels
As an ideal candidate, you will have experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing with a strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices. Confidence using platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools would be desirable. You will also be organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with a passion for social media and digital engagement. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or CRM systems would be advantageous.
