The Role:

As a result of continued growth, we are looking for a Business Partnering Coordinator to join our Talent team. This is a hybrid role with two clear focuses:

  • Resourcing – identifying and engaging candidates for Clarify's internal hiring requirements, working closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to build strong talent pools and ensure we hire the best people.
  • Office Coordination – keeping our office running smoothly and making it a great place to work and to welcome clients.

This role suits someone organised, personable and proactive, who enjoys variety and takes pride in both the candidate experience and the workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Resourcing

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards and LinkedIn to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective candidates
  • Screen CVs across a wide range of vacancies
  • Conduct initial telephone screenings and pass qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists
  • Create, post and manage job adverts on job boards and LinkedIn
  • Monitor applications and ensure they are processed efficiently through our internal ATS
  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships, delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout
  • Ensure all recruitment processes and compliance procedures (including GDPR) are followed
  • Provide general administrative support to recruitment activities, including interview scheduling
  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets

Office Coordination:

  • Place and manage the weekly office order (groceries, refreshments and consumables), keeping stock levels appropriate and within budget
  • Organise and maintain the office tuck shop, including stock control, restocking and tracking takings
  • Clean and maintain the coffee machine, arrange servicing or repairs, and keep coffee and supplies topped up
  • Organise lunches and refreshments for client visits and internal meetings, liaising with suppliers and managing dietary requirements
  • Prepare meeting rooms for client visits so they are presentable and set up in advance
  • Keep kitchen and communal areas tidy and well stocked
  • Act as a point of contact for office-related queries, reporting and following up on maintenance or supplier issues
  • Maintain supplier relationships and track office spend against budget
  • Support office events, team socials and celebrations as required

About You:

Essential:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple roles and competing priorities
  • Confident, professional telephone manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable, conscientious and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, hands-on and happy to take ownership of practical tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Desirable:

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or in a recruitment support role
  • Previous office, facilities or administrative experience
  • Experience using an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience managing budgets, stock or suppliers
