We are seeking an exceptional, full time Telecommunications Assistant to join the Claridges team. At the centre of London's Mayfair, Claridges is a unique combination of splendour and charm, renowned for its impeccable, intuitive service. The hotel's original art deco interiors have been interwoven with modern flourishes.

As a Telecommunications Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Answering all incoming and internal calls for the London hotels and corporate office, politely and efficiently, according to our company minimum standards manual.
  • Taking accurate messages for guests and management.
  • Providing an intuitive service, and helping to create renowned memorable experiences for all our guests.
  • Monitoring, responding and/or forwarding live chats from guests using Alliants live chat web interface.

Successful candidates for our Telecommunications Assistant opportunity will:

  • Have a clear, and pleasant speaking voice, with a fluent level of spoken and written English.
  • Possess excellent typing skills.
  • Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories.
  • Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridges and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
  • Ideally have worked in a similar role within a hotel environment, however this is not a prerequisite.
  • Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exhibit a high standard of personal presentation and a confident, professional and welcoming personality.
