We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Operations Manager to join the Claridge's Engineering team. Set in the heart of Mayfair, Claridge's is an art deco icon and a byword for understated elegance. Since the 1850s, Claridge's has excelled at the finer things in life: glamorous design, inspiring dining, impeccable service.
As a Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Protecting the Company’s interests in the building, plant and equipment, ensuring the safety of guests, visitors and colleagues.
- Maintaining the asset value of the property and enhancing, refining and improving presentation and operating effectiveness to provide an exceptional guest and colleague experience.
- Ensuring that the departments are correctly staffed and trained with a suitable team for their function, and ensuring that these team members can perform their duties to the standard required by the hotel and the company.
- Developing and implementing a robust Planned and Preventative Maintenance regime across M&E services, structure, fabric and FF&E.
- Establishing and implementing a perfect room programme in accordance with Claridge's standards and budgetary expectations.
- Ensuring compliance of plant and equipment in line with UK health & safety regulations, ensuring all statutory inspections are completed within time and follow-up actions required as necessary.
- Ensuring reactive maintenance system (KnowCross) is fully operational to limit downtime of bedrooms and services.
