Back of House Supervisor in Slough

We are seeking an exceptional Back of House Supervisor to join the Claridges team. The Back of House department at Claridges is the essential backbone that keeps our culinary operation running flawlessly. As a part of this hardworking team, you will be supporting the busy operation by maintaining impeccable cleanliness, ensuring equipment is ready for use, keeping the kitchen environment organised and efficient, and contributing to the smooth delivery of every guest dining experience.

As a Back of House Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Allocating colleagues to work in a Back of House work station and supervise the performance of all tasks relating to that station.
• Instructing, supervising and checking the back of house team in the performance of their duties.
• Providing support to back of house colleagues in terms of training and development in their role.
• Being aware of and adhering to all health and safety, fire, hygiene and COSHH regulations governing the work you are undertaking/supervising and to ensure the correct chemicals/detergents are used at all times.
