Hotel Tournant

We are seeking an exceptional Hotel Tournant to join the team at Claridges on a casual basis to host within Claridge's lobby. Maybourne operates some of the world's most extraordinary hotels, including Claridges, The Connaught, The Berkeley and The Emory in London, the Maybourne Beverly Hills and the Maybourne Riviera in the South of France, where exceptional experiences and stories of distinction are crafted that celebrate the design and character of every destination.

As Hotel Tournant you will be responsible for:

• Deliver an exceptional first impression by warmly welcoming guests, providing personalised service, and maintaining a visible presence in the hotel lobby and public areas.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend the most suitable dining and beverage experience.
• Support reservations and guest enquiries, manage wait times, monitor outlet availability, and ensure a seamless guest journey throughout the property.
• Promote hotel restaurants, bars, special events, and seasonal offerings to maximise guest engagement, occupancy, and revenue opportunities.
• Build strong guest relationships by recognising VIP and returning guests, anticipating needs, and creating memorable personalised experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Reception, Concierge, Reservations, Private Dining, and outlet teams to coordinate bookings, guest requests, and operational flow.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, reservation records, reports, and relevant information within hotel systems such as ResDiary and Opera.
• Consistently uphold Maybourne, Forbes, and LQA service standards, manage guest feedback and concerns, and support continuous service excellence.
