Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Guest Relations Coordinator to join the Claridges team.

As Guest Relations Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- To check arrival reports for accuracy of reservation, guest history and billing information.
- To process and produce Amenities and flower Lists.
- To conduct Pre-arrival calls and questioners, recording and informing with relevant requests.
- Conduct and review arrivals reports for the day and two days in advance.
- To ensure pre-arrival requests are being followed through and actioned.
- To update guest history and comments on guest tiles.
- To ensure VIP status and VIP amenities are correctly recorded in arriving reservations and amenities schedules set for VIPs during their stay.
- Coordinate all VIP requirements and inform the relevant Departments.
- To ensure inclusive packages are identified and package requirements are accurately recorded and communicated.
Successful candidates for our Guest Relations Coordinator opportunity will:
- Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridges and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
- Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories
- Be motivated, creative and have worked in a similar role, within hospitality.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with the most demanding guests.
