We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Coordinator to join the Claridges team. At the centre of London's Mayfair, Claridges is a unique combination of splendour and charm, renowned for its impeccable, intuitive service. The hotel's original art deco interiors have been interwoven with modern flourishes.
As an Engineering Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Providing full administrative support to the Director of Technical Services and the Technical Services Manager for an efficient and smooth operation of the department, including filing PPM Documentation and providing statistical information using Excel, Word or PowerPoint.
- Ensuring that Maintenance jobs are distributed to shift engineers and maintenance technicians recording details showing that jobs are completed in a timely manner.
- Filing, recording and following up on Contractors Job Sheets deposited in the office.
- Minute taking on H+S Committee meetings and following up as required by the Director of Technical Services and the Technical Services Manager.
- Maintaining the office diary, recording major works, absentees and day-to-day events.
- Updating/maintaining the department rota prior to sign off by the Director of Technical Services weekly.
