Claridge’s is seeking an experienced Private Dining & Events Head Chef to lead the dedicated banqueting kitchen, orchestrating complex menus for gala dinners, award ceremonies and business meetings in a luxury setting.
You will run day-to-day kitchen operations, collaborate with the Culinary Director to evolve the Private Dining menu, ensure hygiene and food cost controls, and mentor chefs to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
