The Opportunity: At Clari/Salesloft, our Enterprise Account Executives will be pivotal to our companyâs success. You will be a key member of our fastâgrowing and highâperforming enterprise sales team and will be our bootsâonâtheâground solution to building personal relationships and making our prospective enterprise customers successful.

What Weâre Looking For: We are seeking a resultsâoriented, motivated and strategic enterprise âhunterâ who is laserâfocused on generating netânew business within EMEA. Specifically, you will play a pivotal role in solidifying our position as an anchor technology company within EMEA by winning highâvisibility deals and crushing your annual quota.
On a dayâtoâday basis, you will be responsible for:
- Educating the market about the benefits and capabilities of Clari/Salesloft
- Actively pursuing new business opportunities within a diverse range of organizations
- Accurately forecasting sales activities and revenue achievements
- Developing and maintaining satisfied and referenceable customers

The Team: Our Clari/Salesloft Enterprise Sales team is comprised of seasoned and upâandâcoming sales professionals who are all aligned on one vision and mission:
- Vision: Fundamentally transform the way buyers and sellers drive repeatable outcomes.
- Mission: Bring science to the art of sales.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of proven hunting and closing experience in an enterprise software environment
- Experience in establishing strategic Câlevel relationships within major accounts
- Proficiency in managing the full sales lifecycle from initiation to closure within the enterprise segment
- Skilled in executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations to Câlevel executives, VPs, directors, and sales managers
- Adept at leveraging internal resources (Sales Development, Sales Engineers, etc.) to enhance brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and close deals
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand and overcome objections, turning skeptics into committed customers
- High level of empathy and strong interpersonal skills, ensuring positive interactions with both peers and prospects
- Experience in pursuing new customers in uncharted territories
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
What Youâll Do In The First 12 Months:
- Within One Month: Attend orientation, join a 3âweek bootcamp, begin 1:1s with your manager, set OKRs, meet key partners, become demo certified.
- Within Three Months: Become a product expert, start closing first deals, hit activity goals, execute presentations to Câlevel executives.
- Within Six Months: Consistently meet or exceed your quota, complete training on negotiation best practices, focus on OKRs.
- Within Twelve Months: Be considered a topâperforming AE on the team by exceeding goals, set an example for new AEs, assist in training and onboarding.
