Responsibilities:
- Evaluating fund investment opportunities and deal execution, with responsibilities increasing over time.
- Working closely across the team on a variety of projects and assisting in the due diligence process for new debt investments.
- Contributing to the development and running of the fund over the long term.
- Assisting the investment team in analysing new investment opportunities and deal origination.
- Leading the due diligence and execution of new transactions.
- Preparation of investment committee memoranda.
- Management and monitoring of the portfolio.
- Supporting research programmes around market developments and technology trends.
- Tracking new investment opportunities on the CRM system and preparing periodic deal flow reports.
- Supporting the portfolio team on ad hoc requests for existing investments.
Requirements:
- Excellent academic record and a minimum of a 2.1 Honours Degree from a reputable University.
- A post-graduate qualification (CFA, ACA) is a plus.
- Strong financial modelling skills together with a high degree of proficiency in using MS Excel.
- Experience in one of the following: Big 4 Accountancy Firm (with at least 1 year of Deals/Transactions exposure); A reputable Bankβs Debt Finance function; Private Equity/Venture Capital or Private Credit is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills given the close interaction with senior executives.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Fluent in English; fluency in other European languages is a major plus.
- Self-starter with a hard-working attitude that can work independently in a small team.
- Demonstrated clear interest in the wider investment and technology industries.

Minimum office attendance of 4 days a week in our London office based in 100 Rochester Row, London, SW1P 1JP.
