You will join us at our six‑vet small animal veterinary practice with our experienced team of vets and RVNs.
As a practice we are lucky enough to be well equipped and have a varied caseload. We have standard and dental digital X‑ray, ultrasound, flexible and rigid endoscopy, laparoscopy and ophthalmology equipment.
We perform more advanced surgeries such as TPLO, CCWO, and BOAS, as well as lateral sutures, laparoscopic spays and all routine surgery. We also benefit from the Advanced Clinical Services Network for visiting cardiology and advanced surgical support.
You will work a 40‑hour week over 4 days (and part‑time is considered).
We are also lucky to have no on‑call requirement, and weekend consulting hours are generously rewarded with time off in lieu, encouraging a positive work‑life balance.

We are based in Chelmsford, Essex – just half an hour away from London by train. This is commutable from Billericay, Brentwood, Wickford, Hockley, Rayleigh, Basildon, Maldon, Witham, Braintree, Bishop\’s Stortford, Tiptree, Colchester, West Mersea, Harlow, Epping, Romford and other locations in the Essex area.
