Location: Head Office, Lichfield (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Organic Social Media Manager to lead Clarendon Fine Art’s organic social presence across all platforms. You’ll own the strategy, content planning, publishing and performance of our brand channels — ensuring everything we post reflects our premium positioning while driving engagement and growth.
Working closely with the Artist Social Media Manager, you’ll bring artist-led content into a cohesive, brand-led social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver the organic social media strategy
- Own the master content calendar across brand and artist content
- Oversee day-to-day publishing and optimisation
- Lead community management and audience engagement
- Define KPIs and report on performance
- Use insights to continuously improve content and results
- Collaborate with Brand, PR, E-commerce and Gallery teams
- Line-manage the Social Media Executive
- Maintain clear processes and governance for social output
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing organic social for a premium or lifestyle brand
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Confident using performance data to shape strategy
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
