Clarendon Fine Art is seeking an experienced People Advisor to join our People Team, reporting into the Retail People Partner.

You’ll support the People Team and Retail Managers across 90 galleries in the UK and internationally, handling employee relations matters, the employee lifecycle, and HR projects.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days at Lichfield HQ, 2 from home) and a clear path to grow in employee relations and generalist HR within a dynamic retail environment.
