To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, commercially aware and creatively driven Creative Account Manager to join our Head Office team in Lichfield. This is a dynamic and influential role responsible for managing a portfolio of artists, developing strategic campaigns, driving brand growth and ensuring the successful execution of launches, exhibitions and commercial initiatives across the business. Working collaboratively across Creative, Marketing, Sales and Gallery teams, you will act as a key ambassador for your artist portfolio, balancing creative integrity with commercial opportunity to maximise both artist and business success Manage and develop a portfolio of internationally recognised and emerging artists, building strong and trusted relationships whilst supporting both their creative and commercial grow Support the Head of Artist Programme Management and Chief Creative Officer in delivering artist strategies and campaigns aligned to wider business objectives. Lead the planning, coordination and execution of artist launches, exhibitions and collection releases from concept through to delivery. Drive artist brand growth and commercial performance through strategic planning, campaign activation and close collaboration with Gallery and Sales teams. Oversee artwork selection, buying, consigning and curation for exhibitions, launches and events. Act as a guardian of both the artist’s vision and the Clarendon brand, ensuring all activity is delivered with authenticity, consistency and premium standard. Work closely with Marketing teams to develop campaign timelines, launch plans, communications and activation strategies. Inspire and educate teams across the business, helping to build knowledge, confidence and enthusiasm around your artist portfolio. Support gallery teams with artist storytelling, collector engagement and client experience initiatives. Analyse portfolio performance, sales trends and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and future development. Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity and emerging talent within the contemporary art world. Attend relevant exhibitions, launches, fairs and artist events across the UK where required. To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised, commercially aware and passionate about contemporary art, with the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
