Clarendon Fine Art in Lichfield is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join a fast-paced team. The role focuses on attracting top talent across our nationwide gallery network and partnering with managers to fill roles with culture and commercial fit.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals, conduct engaging screening, and ensure a superb candidate experience from first contact to offer. Hybrid work available with 3 days in office.
