Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Designer to join our in-house creative team. You will assist in delivering visually compelling content across our brand platforms—from printed brochures and gallery signage to digital campaigns, social media assets, and artist presentations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong eye for design and a passion for art to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of design assets for print and digital, including brochures, email campaigns, web assets, social media graphics, in-gallery materials, and advertisements.
  • Work closely with the senior designers and marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
  • Support the design team in preparing artwork for print, liaising with printers and creating purchase orders where necessary.
  • Retouch, resize, and format images for a range of platforms and specifications.
  • Help manage asset libraries and maintain file organisation and version control.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and contribute ideas in creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Assist with the visual layout of artist content and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Support the design needs of gallery openings, exhibitions, and events.

Skills & Experience

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; XD and Premiere Pro are a plus).
  • Strong layout, typography, and image-editing skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for aesthetics and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment.
