We’re looking for a driven and energetic internal Recruiter to join our fast-paced, high-performing team at Clarendon Fine Art, the world’s largest gallery group and the UK’s leading fine art publisher and distributor.

You’ll play a key role in attracting top-tier talent across our nationwide gallery network, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders. If you're ready to help shape the future of an ambitious luxury retail brand, this is your chance.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for bringing brilliant people into our business by:

  • Partnering with our recruitment team, area managers, and regional directors to identify hiring needs.
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, and referrals.
  • Conducting engaging, insightful candidate screening to match people to roles across the business.
  • Understanding the unique needs of our galleries to match talent with the right culture and commercial focus.
  • Creating an exceptional candidate experience, from first contact through to offer.

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in recruitment - internal or agency (essential).
  • The ability to juggle multiple vacancies and prioritise effectively.
  • A genuine interest in people, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A clear understanding of what great candidate experience looks like.
  • Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
  • Flexibility in your approach to finding the perfect candidate.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
