This role is designed as a stepping stone into retail operations management or project management within luxury retail.

Who We’re Looking For

This role would suit someone with experience in retail operations, multi-site support, or head office functions — ideally within a luxury, premium, or client-focused sector (retail, hospitality, or events). You’ll be highly organised, confident communicating at all levels, and motivated to make processes smoother for teams and clients alike.

You’ll thrive if you enjoy:

  • Streamlining processes and solving challenges in a dynamic setting.
  • Using data and insights to support sales and performance.
  • Getting involved in varied projects and events — where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Support: Act as a first-line support function for our gallery teams, responding promptly to day-to-day operational queries.
  • Communications & Process Management: Write and distribute clear, engaging, and meaningful updates, operational guidance, and best-practice documents to inform and inspire retail teams.
  • Event Support: Assist in the coordination and delivery of gallery events, including logistics, materials, and post-event follow-up. Support onsite where required, including occasional evening and weekend availability.
  • Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Gather and interpret data related to gallery sales, promotions, and events. Produce insightful reports that highlight trends, successes, and areas for improvement, helping inform strategic and operational decisions.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent written communication skills — able to create motivating and instructional content.

  • Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how operations support sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and confident acting as a brand ambassador.

Why choose us?

  • 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays).
  • We offer a fantastic employee discount scheme on our portfolio of art work.
  • Contributory employee pension scheme.
  • Develop and advance your career with promotion and progression opportunities.
