Based at our Head Office in Lichfield, Staffordshire, the ideal candidate has the ability to motivate and inspire their Artists, they are responsible for being the voice of the brand ensuring the artists vision is always adhered to.
The position works collaboratively with design, marketing and sales teams and requires a driven and creative individual to support the planning and implementation of campaigns for your artist brands and developing them to reach greater brand awareness.
Main Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of international and award winning artists, developing relationships, coordinating their production and guiding them both creatively and commercially.
- Support the Head of Artist Programme Management and Chief Creative Director, in implementation and execution of artist campaigns in line with the group strategy, meeting the specific needs of the UK market.
- Develop and manage successful launches of new collections from creation to execution.
- Monitor your portfolios progress, develop strategies to improve artists brand growth and revenue.
- Overseeing the buying and consigning artwork and curation of artwork for exhibitions.
- Work closely with marketing department on timelines, key dates and specific UK needs.
- Communicating to the Gallery, Sales & Marketing teams and ensure that each campaign is suitably supported, implemented and later evaluated.
- Understand art market trends and competitors, attend relevant artist events and fairs.

- To excel in this role, you must possess a relevant art / creative qualification or a proven track record in a creative field.

- You will have the ability to balance creative and commercial considerations in order to deliver great results.

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Full driving licence is essential as you will be primarily based at our HQ in Lichfield with travel to our Galleries around the UK.
