The Role

In this role, you’ll be involved in the complete frame production process, including measuring, cutting, assembly, and inspection. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key part in ensuring high-quality production and timely deliveries. If you have a passion for hands-on work and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measuringframe moulding and glass/composite accurately
  • Operating machinery(including the moulding saw, Excalibur vertical cutter, and Alpha under pinner)
  • Manual material handlingand stocktaking
  • Wrapping and packagingframes for delivery

Skills Required:

  • Strong attention todetailand ability to learn new skills
  • Flexibility withworking hoursand availability for overtime (including Saturday AM)
  • Reliability and ability to workaccurately at pace
  • Team playerwith a collaborative mindset

Ideal Background: Experience inProduction, Assembly, Manufacturing, Woodwork, Machinery, orCarpentry/Joinerywould be beneficial.
