At Mahlatini we are building something distinctive: a globally recognised, values-led luxury travel brand rooted in deep destination expertise across Africa and the Indian Subcontinent and driven by intelligent growth. As the first Indo-African tour operator to achieve B Corp™ certification, we believe that commercial success and positive impact are not opposing forces—but powerful accelerators of one another.
This is a defining moment for Mahlatini. With offices in the UK, Europe, and South Africa, our brand has earned trust, credibility, and loyalty across our global high net worth client base; the next chapter is about scale, sophistication, and momentum. We are investing in the expansion of our network of premium partners and elevating our presence in the luxury market.
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving growth through innovative partnerships and commercial collaborations across the travel sector. Focus will also be on adjacent industries that appeal to affluent consumers including private banks, wealth managers, family offices, concierge platforms, lifestyle clubs, and social media influencers with proven reach among high-net-worth audiences.
We are looking for a natural deal maker, with in-depth understanding of high-net-worth audiences, including their expectations, behaviours, and brand affinities. If you have a proven track record in business development or partnership leadership within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, or premium lifestyle sectors and are excited at the prospect of joining a rapidly scaling global brand, this role is an exceptional opportunity.
