Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will take a visible, hands-on leadership role in the day-to-day running of operations. You will lead and develop engineering and delivery teams, improve planning and coordination across multiple projects, and ensure work is organised, controlled, and delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will strengthen management routines, improve workflow and communication, and drive practical continuous improvement initiatives that raise efficiency, delivery performance, and commercial control. You will also support stronger use of systems and operational data to improve visibility, decision-making, and execution.

We are seeking an experienced operations, manufacturing or engineering leader with a strong track record of managing technical teams and improving performance in a manufacturing or engineering environment. You will bring solid project delivery capability, strong commercial awareness, and experience of applying lean or continuous improvement methods in a practical, results-focused way. Experience of ERP/CRM systems, quality standards, and proactive health and safety leadership will be important.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and ambitious business in a key leadership role, with real scope to influence performance and support future growth. The company offers a condensed four-day working week, Monday to Thursday, together with a competitive remuneration package.
