This is a fixed term contract opportunity. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their innovative HR team to support the delivery of a forward-thinking people strategy, with a specialist focus on technical capability, digital transformation and AI adoption.

The successful candidate will play a leading role in the delivery of complex business change initiatives, particularly those associated with technology-enabled transformation and AI adoption. In addition, the role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships across the organisation, supporting the implementation of innovative HR solutions and providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and organisational standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver the HR strategy in line with wider business objectives;
  • Providing expert guidance across organisational design, talent management and employee engagement;
  • Leading people initiatives that drive organisational effectiveness, growth and continuous improvement.

The role will also support the adoption of AI technologies and emerging digital capabilities, working collaboratively with L&D and OD teams to enhance technical capability and future workforce readiness.

Ideally you will have proven experience operating at Senior HR Business Partner level, within a technology-led or fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives, and a sound understanding of emerging technologies, AI adoption and organisational design principles. CIPD or HR/Legal qualifications, together with experience working within a regulated environment, would be advantageous.
