Our client is a leading, progressive employer within the Financial Services sector. With a strong reputation as an Employer of Choice, we are seeking an experienced Organisational Effectiveness Partner to drive the development and delivery of a forward-thinking workforce planning and resourcing strategy.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Effectiveness, the successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing an end-to-end workforce planning framework that supports long-term business growth and strategic transformation. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will help shape robust workforce strategies, optimise talent pipelines, and ensure the organisation is equipped with the skills required for the future. This role will also provide strategic oversight of the resourcing function, ensuring modern, data-led and future-focused recruitment practices are embedded across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include leading strategic workforce planning and future skills initiatives, utilising workforce data and market insights to inform and shape people strategies, and driving organisational change and transformation projects. You will be responsible for enhancing reporting and automation capabilities, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver effective workforce solutions, and implementing innovative recruitment approaches that support long-term business objectives.

About You

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded HR professional with proven experience in workforce planning, organisational effectiveness and delivering complex people projects within a large or fast-paced environment. You will possess excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at senior level and successfully drive organisational change. Candidate should demonstrate proven experience leading resourcing teams and recruitment strategies, alongside strong analytical, reporting and project management capability. A collaborative and forward-thinking approach, combined with a passion for continuous improvement will be essential for success in this role.
