Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and working as part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of clear, business-focused HR and Corporate Services strategies, delivering customer focused, effective and efficient services. You will deliver expert HR advice, enhance our employee experience and engagement and drive transformation to positively impact corporate performance and spearhead our future plans.

We are looking for an experienced senior HR professional who is passionate about making a positive difference and can offer innovative thinking and constructive challenge at Executive Team level. You will be key to enabling our people to achieve, deliver and surpass excellence in a culture that is values-led and in a workplace in which their views, ideas and creativity are welcomed and valued.
