Managing 14,000 homes and supporting nearly 30,000 households, Radius delivers high-quality housing, care and support services through a values-driven commercial ethos.

This is an exciting time to join Radius as they seek to appoint a Director of Care and Support — a strategic leader with a clear vision, who will be genuinely enthused by the scale of Radius’s ambitions and the importance of its work. You will lead a directorate of approximately 480 staff and oversee a diverse portfolio of services, including Housing-with-Care, Supported Housing, Day Care Services, and the innovative Connect24 telecare operation, which supports 19,000 households across Ireland.

As part of the Executive Team, you will be the organisational lead for Care and Support — advising the Board and leading transformation across the directorate. This includes embedding service excellence, enhancing the customer experience across all service areas, and adopting new practices such as digital connected-health. In this role you will be the Responsible Person and you will seek for the management team to uphold RQIA high quality standards in all care settings together with good governance.

This is a pivotal executive role offering the opportunity to contribute directly to services that are improving lives and strengthening communities across Northern Ireland.
