Fast Technologies is a specialist engineering and automation business operating at the forefront of factory automation and robotics. As the business enters a new phase of growth, we are seeking to appoint an ambitious Operations Manager to strengthen delivery performance and build the operational platform required for scale. Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role.
You will work closely with a deep pool of engineering talent, providing the structure, clarity and leadership needed to fully harness and develop that capability.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating engineering and project delivery teams across multiple complex projects
- Bringing structure, clarity, accountability and momentum to planning and execution
- Driving continuous improvement in delivery, efficiency and commercial control
- Enhancing the use of systems and data to improve visibility and decision-making
- Ensuring consistently high standards in quality, safety and customer delivery
We are seeking an experienced operations or engineering leader with a track record of improving performance in a technical or manufacturing environment. You will bring strong project delivery capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to implement practical, results-driven improvements. Equally important is your ability to lead and develop capable teams, embedding the processes, discipline and ways of working required to support sustained growth and build a high performance culture.
