Founded in 2004, Re-Gen Group is Northern Irelands leading integrated recycling and waste management business, operating some of the most advanced materials recovery facilities in Europe and a portfolio of internationally focused companies. The Group continues to scale rapidly and is now seeking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer to the Board in a newly created role, adding senior operational capability to support the next phase of growth. Reporting to the Group Chief Executive, the Chief Operating Officer will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution. As a Board member, you will drive operational excellence, improve commercial performance and build the leadership capacity required to support sustainable, scalable growth. You will lead all operational activity across Re-Gen recycling facilities, ensuring safe, efficient and high-performing operations today, while strengthening systems, processes and capability for future expansion. Leading cross-functional teams across two waste recycling plants, you will optimise output, quality and cost, and deliver high-impact operational improvement and transformation initiatives.
