Our client is a major international group and a global leader in liquid dispensing solutions for the drinks industry, setting the benchmark for innovation, quality, and reliability. In the UK and Ireland, the business also operates advanced industrial extrusion capabilities, serving markets including automotive, pneumatic, coolant, gas, marine, and bespoke tubing applications. The UK & Ireland operation plays a strategically important role within the group, combining local manufacturing excellence, long-standing customer relationships, and growing exposure to global customers and cross-border opportunities. Growth is strong and future potential is significant.
To help realise this potential, the company is seeking to appoint a Sales Director. This is a key leadership role in the continued evolution of the business and its “one company” market approach—aligning deep local market insight with a global commercial strategy. The role offers significant opportunity to unlock group synergies, drive cross-selling, and embed a strong culture of accountability and performance.
The successful candidate will be an experienced sales and business growth leader who brings a fresh, structured approach to the sales organisation, places the customer at the centre of the growth agenda, and ensures a shared understanding of value-based selling across the team.
The role requires a minimum of 10 years’ progressive sales leadership experience within a B2B industrial, manufacturing, or technically driven environment, with a proven track record of leading sales and customer service teams across multiple locations. Working closely with operations, finance, and group colleagues, the Sales Director will play a pivotal role in shaping how the UK & Ireland business contributes to wider group ambitions.
The role can be based at facilities located just outside either Manchester or Belfast. The remuneration package is designed to attract candidates of the highest calibre and offers significant long-term career development potential.
