As a TEAM LEADER some of your duties will be to supervise Care Assistants, administer medication, maintain a safe and caring environment that promotes sleep and underpins the holistic well‑being of the individual, provide personal care, assist during meal times and encourage residents to take part in stimulating activities. We would prefer that you have a Health and Social Care Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) and must be Meds Trained. We will support you in every step of your Team Leader duties by providing training and career development. We would need you to show the desire to care, show empathy towards our elderly residents and want to progress your career within this rewarding field. You will be supported every step of the way with training, guidance and ongoing development, so you can feel confident and grow in your role.
