About The Role:
As a Care Assistant (Days & Nights), you'll play a key role in supporting our residents with day-to-day life. Your duties will include:
- Providing all aspects of personal care in a dignified and person-centred way
- Assisting residents to and from bed
- Completing hourly checks during the night (for night shifts)
- Helping residents to participate in meaningful and engaging activities
- Supporting with mealtimes and general daily routines
- Helping to maintain a clean, safe and homely environment
We would prefer you to have a Health and Social Care Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent), but this is not essential. You will be supported every step of the way with training, guidance and ongoing development, so you can feel confident and grow in your role.
