About the Role – Care Assistant (Days & Nights)

As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our residents to live with dignity, comfort and as much independence as possible. Your duties will include:

  • Providing all aspects of personal care
  • Assisting residents to and from bed
  • Completing hourly checks (on night shifts)
  • Supporting residents to take part in meaningful and engaging activities
  • Helping to maintain a clean, tidy and homely environment

We would prefer you to hold a Health and Social Care Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent), but this is not essential if you can demonstrate relevant experience and the right values. You will receive a full induction, ongoing support and regular training to help you feel confident in your role and develop your skills.
